Is There Such A Thing As an EVIL Food?

Chocolate is a trigger food for me. Instead of feeling satisfied after eating a few M&Ms or Hershey’s Kisses like some people I know, a few mouthfuls of chocolate only makes me want more. A lot more. As in more than any normal-eater girl could eat in a week.

So, what do I do? Basically, I avoid candy, especially chocolate. It may seem sad, and it was a little hard at first, but I haven’t eaten a piece in more than a year now (wow) and it’s just easier for me. But does that mean chocolate is evil? I don’t think so. In fact, I don’t think there’s any such thing as an evil food. What do you think? And do you have any trigger foods of your own?[polldaddy poll=2020744]

Even though I voted NO…. there is no evil foods ( because I know that is the right answer) I really feel way down deep that there are a lot of evil foods. When I eat them I feel ashamed, unless of course I am thin at the time. I am a totlal binge eater but never had to address it because most of my life I didn’t gain weight .
