Chocolate is a trigger food for me. Instead of feeling satisfied after eating a few M&Ms or Hershey’s Kisses like some people I know, a few mouthfuls of chocolate only makes me want more. A lot more. As in more than any normal-eater girl could eat in a week.
So, what do I do? Basically, I avoid candy, especially chocolate. It may seem sad, and it was a little hard at first, but I haven’t eaten a piece in more than a year now (wow) and it’s just easier for me. But does that mean chocolate is evil? I don’t think so.
